Does Lowe deliver equipment?

Yes - Lowe delivers all equipment. Delivery charges are dependent on location and equipment quantity. Please contact the sales team to check your delivery charge.

Does Lowe install equipment?

Yes - whether it’s for an exhibition, event, retail or Rental+, the Lowe experts will install your equipment and have you up and running to the required deadline.

How far in advance do I need to organize rental?

For exhibitions and events Lowe usually accept equipment orders up to 2 weeks before the event, however this is dependent on availability and it is recommended to get your order placed at least a month in advance. For retail and general rental enquiries Lowe can react and deliver on the same day, again depending on availability and the location of the request.

If the product I want isn’t on the website can Lowe source it for me?

Lowe has one of the world’s largest refrigeration supplier networks. If you can’t find a particular piece of equipment on the website, the chances are we can source it for you. Please contact the team with your sourcing enquiry.

How does payment work?
