What’s included in the rental?

Everything is included: delivery, install, servicing and breakdown cover. Need to change size or layout? We can reconfigure during hire-just call and we’ll advise the best option.

How does billing work?

One rental payment covers equipment, installation, maintenance and support. We’ll confirm billing frequency and terms in your quote.

What support do you provide?

Support is on us. Our service desk and engineers respond quickly, with on‑site attendance when required-so you get peace of mind throughout the hire.

Can it be a chiller or freezer?

Yes-set up as a chiller or freezer. Temperature range: -22°C to +5°C. Install indoors or outdoors, and scale multi-bay layouts from 2 bays to suit your operation.
